Casual Chic Ombré

Hi people,

You're probably wondering why I am dressed like it's summertime. Well...Yes, it is February, but it feels so hot here in Tunisia and I am loving it!

In a so sunny and beautiful Monday, I feel like so full of energy and so positive that I can't help but keep smiling and hello to every person I encounter. It is so easy to socialise when you're in a good mood and it is very important to spread this positiveness around you. So, whether you're at work, school, shopping or harvesting, be cool and smile, cause it makes you Beautiful!

I am quiet sensitive to the weather changes, as this phenomena does influence my mood in a so unbelievably natural way. I get very happy and euphoric when it's sunny and warm, but tend to be lazy when it's cloudy or rainy. Regardless, I always try my best to stay positive!

Here are pictures from a very cozy afternoon:

YSL Touche Éclat, my favourite highlighter of all times &

High Fashion & Style

After my graduation, I started thinking about giving a significant change to my whole closet and look, and that's because I was adopting a work oriented point of view. I wanted to look more elegant and classy, more mature and professional. So, my look upgraded from a very cozy and casual, sometimes sporty to a more sophisticated and chic one.

Now if you want to upgrade/change your look, you need to think about keywords that are going to define your personality, because the most important thing is that you got your own STYLE!

So my keywords were: ladylike, sophisticated and smart. I love high fashion but never been too addicted to trends, coz what is fashionable this season is not gonna last for the next one. Also what is considered trendy for many may not sound like it for some people (like me). So, unless you choose to make of fashion your statement style which is still fine, avoid following trends like sheep; instead define your self-expression and wear it with proudness!

In order to clarify your ideas, you can try Polyvore and create some outfits or maybe there's a star or a stylist that inspires you. I personally have more than one favourite stylist or brand, but I have to admit that I love Gucci. I would like to share with you some of my favourites from ss2014 fashion shows:

Charming London

I still remember my first trip ever to London. It was about 6 years ago and back in the days I was a high school student. My English teacher, which I loved more than any other teacher, came in the class and announced about this trip to London that we all had dreamt of. I was so thrilled and counting down the days left to the big day. None of my friends or family members visited the UK before, so I was the first in my entourage to do so and this added to my enthusiasm. Finally I got to experience a bit of the Great Britain and I loved it!! Everything was different: the weather, the architecture, the British accent, everything was new to me! Not that I liked the weather nor the food, but London is a very charming city! Since then I never missed the chance to spend some time in it. I don't know if I would ever be able to live in such a big city; certainly It's the perfect destination for a week/end off and you would always find something to do, that's what I love most about it!

To me London is also the centre of business networking meetings and big exhibitions, so it's always good to hit two birds with one stone. Among my favourite places of all times, there are restaurants such as The Maze (Gordon Ramsey), Hakkasan Mayfair, Cipriani; big malls like Selfridges in Oxford street, Westfield and Harrods; you can always have a nice walk along the Thames, a bike tour or take a city cruise. Also you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views from the London Eye, the Shard or book a helicopter sightseeing. Besides, I recommend visiting Camden Town and the Borough market.

Now, enjoy the pictures from my last stay in London!
