Floral Prints

Flowers are like the fluffy clouds in the sky, the Nutella pot in my breakfast menu, the soft pillow on my bed...without flowers, my life would be a sad and miserable one. Flowers are a source of inspiration for me as much as it has been for fashion designers for decades. To match my casual attire, I pulled out my Gucci Flora Bag from the Gucci's 2013 Spring/Summer Collection. I had a crush for it then and still have now! It's so feminine and graceful! Do you know the importance of flowers in some cultures? My Oniarai jeans tells us all about the East Asia cultural bond with flowers. Each flower  carries a special symbolism and very often conveys a positive message. I really admire how Chinese and Japanese value trees and flowers! By the way, I bought my jeans at the Deji Palaza, which is the new luxury brand mall in Nanjing, China.

It seems that I like to go against the wind: while everyone's posting about the fall season -leaves on the ground, leaves falling from the trees - and their autumnal outfit and makeup looks, I am still enjoying the craziness of this transitional weather and the beautiful fall blooming flowers! I know that transitional weathers are not really welcome, because it can sometimes be hard to predict the heat wave or the cold spell, or even those unexpected rainfalls; but it is up to you to dress smart. A leather or a denim jacket can be the perfect layer for day and night. For what concerns shoes, I personally prefer not to cover my feet too much, so stilettos and moccasins work best for me...but I would keep a pair of sneakers in the trunk of my car as well (crazy weather, remember?). Ok, now enjoy the floral pictures!
